If due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to deliver the service as described in the agreement, you will receive a full refund. This includes situations where the service itself becomes impossible to complete or the final outcome is substantially different from what was agreed upon.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your request. You must request a refund within 30 days of your transaction date.
